La Caixa Open Mortgage
This mortgage allows you to choose when and how to repay the loan with extremely flexible terms of payments and and even allowing you to fix interest rates at various times throughout the loan.
La Caixa Young Persons Mortgage

La Caixa Changing House Mortgage
With this mortgage you can buy a new house without having to sell your present one. This is because La Caixa will lend you up to 80% of the value of the new house and, in addition, they will provide up to 80% of the value of your current house. Thus, you will the funds available to purchase your new home without selling the old house.
